Lalezar Sea & Garden Hotel

The breakfast was decent, but it started very late and was available for only one hour, so many guests couldn't use it. We also ordered two coffees late at night and were charged another 40 TL for them at checkout, despite all the other problems. At check-in, the owner wouldn't honor the 588 TL online room price she'd confirmed when we contacted the hotel. She changed her explanation and insisted on charging more. That lack of clear, honest communication carried through the stay. The bathroom light didn't work, and when we reported it, we were told to leave the door open and “manage like that.” That's unprofessional and unsafe. We had booked for three people, but the room had only one towel, one slipper, and one shampoo. From beginning to end, the experience at Lalezar Hotel was very disappointing and frustrating. The basic service and professionalism need major improvement. I can't recommend staying here.
