Sofia and Mustafa made us feel welcome from the start. They were always smiling and ready to help, including with parking, and they let us check in early. That helped a lot since we didn't have to walk around the city carrying our luggage. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. I would've liked a bit more breakfast variety, but the hospitality more than makes up for that. I'd still give it 5 stars and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from Kapalı Çarşı and the Beyazıt tram station.

The rooftop view was absolutely brilliant and a lovely spot to relax. The Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque are both within walking distance, which made exploring easy. Our rooms were very clean and well maintained, and anything we asked for arrived quickly with a smile. The team were fantastic, especially Sofia, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They also arranged our taxi back at a very good price, which we really appreciated. I was a little unsure about booking after reading some Google reviews, but my experience was completely different, and I'm glad I went ahead. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks to the whole Grand Balayan Hotel team for a wonderful stay!

We spent three days at Grand Balyan Hotel with my family, and the location was amazing. The street had lovely views and everything was within walking distance. It's a small, lovely hotel with a homey feel and kind staff. Sofia was especially helpful with everything we needed. I wouldn't have changed where we stayed. Thanks for making our trip so nice. My only disappointment is that I left my jacket in the lobby before we left, haha. Dankjevel Sofia!

Sofia and mustafa were amazing, really kind and caring, and did their best to make guests comfortable. The rooftop area is mesmerizing, too. The location is so handy, close to sultan Ahmed, grand bazar, and the tram line, making it easy to get around. I'm not sure about the rooms or cleaning, though.

I stayed 3 nights and really liked it. The rooms are clean, and the hotel has a great location. Everyone was polite, warm, and kindhearted. Receptionist brother MUSTAFA and Chef Narzgisa sister helped me a lot, as did Jemal. Great team. I recommend the hotel. Thank you very much, Grand Balyan hotel team.
