I loved the warm feel of the room, with its clean space, lovely view, and charming vintage details. The service was extremely kind and welcoming, and the Bosphorus is an easy walk from the hotel. I had a beautiful stay and would highly recommend it.

The accommodation was dirty, the rooms were very small, and the facilities were old and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it. My experience was very disappointing. Booking.com’s reviews and ratings didn’t match what happened to me: after I had already stayed at the property for two nights, they cancelled my reservation, which stopped me from leaving a review on the platform. It seems to me this may be a way to keep the rating artificially high.

Yigit made a real difference during our stay. He helped sort out reservations and transport, and even accommodated us after I had a flight problem. The hotel is also in a great spot, with historic sights and plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. I'd recommend it.

The rooftop has a pretty good view, and the hotel has a bit of charm of its own. Mustafel looked after us really well, helping with taxis, Hammam bookings, and suggestions for places to visit around the city.
