The room could use some maintenance because the bathtub leaked. Still, the staff were amazing and ready to help with whatever we asked. When I needed to call about car trouble, BEYZA at reception lent me her phone and handled the issue for me. The male receptionists on the night shift helped with the car too. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The people here were incredibly accommodating. I’m especially grateful to the front desk person, whose name I’ve forgotten: when it rained that night, they lent us two umbrellas. I lost one and offered to pay, but they didn’t mind. The room was comfortable, with a real cave feel, a bathtub with spa, a heater, mini fridge, and cabinet. Breakfast was included and satisfying, and the rooftop had scenic views. The tour package we booked brought us here, and I’m still not sure why it’s called a 2-star hotel, it felt far beyond that. Everyone was kind, and the peaceful vacation is something I won’t forget. Highly recommended.

The scenery and natural surroundings are beautiful, but there are better located cave hotels in the area. The family room was a decent size, though the bathroom had just one glass door for privacy and smelled of a drain. It didn’t feel suitable for a family, and breakfast was very basic. There were a lot of steps to climb on arrival, and communication can generally be a bit difficult around Turkey.

The room was spacious and stayed very warm, and breakfast was very good. But we were disappointed by mice, holes in the sheets, and a moldy smell in the bathroom. The place needs renovation.
