The room was filthy under the bed. Our two-year-old dropped toys there, and I was shocked when I reached down to get them. We also had to get our own hangers after reception said they were out and would bring some the next day, but never did. The double bed creaked so much we couldn't sleep. The shower hose was broken, no water came through the shower set, and the drain didn't work, leaving water pooled under our feet. Breakfast preparations on the terrace woke us at 7:30 am. The minibar was chargeable too. We stayed from 27-05-2026 to 30-05-2026, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our four days here. The hotel is close to the center, the rooms were very clean, and we didn't run into any problems. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and Ms. Zeliha's cooking in the dining hall was delicious. Ms. Tuğçe was especially attentive. Thanks to all the staff 🌸

We only stayed two days, but Ms. Tuğçe made us feel very welcome and took the time to answer all our questions. We also really enjoyed the breakfast dishes Ms. Zehra prepared in her own kitchen. Many thanks to her.

For our honeymoon, we picked this hotel and were pleased with the clean rooms and the good, sufficient range at breakfast. The staff were friendly, and Ms. Tuğçe was particularly kind and attentive. We'd like to thank her.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with plenty of tasty choices, and the city center was just a two-minute walk away. I had a wonderful vacation and would gladly come back. The hotel itself is cozy, very clean, and beautiful, with thoughtful decor and a special atmosphere. Everyone was caring and friendly, always ready to help us feel at ease. I also appreciated the treats and the warm welcome. Thank you for all the attention and care.
