The owner treated every request with patience and care, even when we used Google Translate or WhatsApp to explain things that weren’t part of the official services, like washing clothes or how we hoped to spend our time. My husband and I speak neither Turkish nor English well, so communication was hard. When we got lost hiking, the owner even came out in his car to help, despite being busy. That valley adventure is now a precious part of our lives, and we’re grateful to him as if he’d saved us. This hotel feels full of love and compassion. The owner seems to welcome guests like family visiting Cappadocia, and I could tell he cares about the employees, who seemed to get along well. The staff’s smiles alone lifted our mood all day. If I were young, I might ask if there was a chance to work here. The breakfast was delicious. I slept soundly in the room surrounded by rocks, which was more comfortable than I expected, and woke without feeling tired. Maybe the rocks have something to do with that. We could take on activities with early starts. It was a wonderful stay, and I’m glad I chose this hotel. Thank you so much!

We were three family members staying here in early January 2023, and the experience was wonderful. The owner was honest and trustworthy, and we were comfortable having him arrange daily plans such as hot air balloon rides. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. If we return to Cappadocia, we’d happily stay here again.

The views are breathtaking, and the food and drinks were delicious. The owner is generous, kind-hearted, and always willing to help. It’s an easy place to imagine coming back to again and again.

We came on a friend’s recommendation and would pass it on to our own friends and family. The staff and owners took great care of us, arranging tours, airport transfers, and ballooning. Our room was amazing, and the round bed was both a new experience and super comfortable. The Historic Hammam is less than a five-minute walk away. Thanks to Mehmet and the Kemerhan Staff for making the stay so good. We hope to see you again!

We stayed in suite #5, and it was an amazing experience. Everything was very clean and cozy, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, and they can bring it to your room when requested, or you can eat outside in the open air. I’m very satisfied with the stay.
