Uc Guzeller Konagi

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had reserved five rooms using a credit card, but when we arrived at 9 in the evening, they’d given the rooms to someone else. We were traveling with older people and children, so we asked them to help find another hotel. Instead, they called the police on us. The woman was rude and screamed horribly. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

We had such a lovely three days and were very happy with our stay. The couple who run Üç Güzeller Konağı, Mr. İdris and his wife, Mrs. Sümeyra, make you feel like a guest and keep surprising you with thoughtful little gestures. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, and ours had a natural-stone jacuzzi pool. We worried it might be cold, but the water was really warm and the room itself got so hot that we sometimes opened a window. Breakfast comes to your room at the time you choose, is filling and varied, and changes each day. The location is quiet since it’s off the main street, yet the center is only a two-minute walk away. You can drive right up to the hotel door, which other hotels in the area don’t allow, and there are markets, restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The owners also arrange activities like hot air balloon rides, ATVs, jeep safaris, and horseback riding for much less than we could arrange ourselves. They both paraglide, too, and we’ll come back in summer to try it. For a couples’ holiday in Cappadocia, this beautiful boutique hotel would be my first choice.

When the room felt cold, we called and YOU said, “WE BURNED 10 BAGS OF COAL BECAUSE OF YOU,” not us. We’re embarrassed to keep calling to say it’s cold. Are sheets and towels only brought when requested? Breakfast did arrive, as you say, but the sugar wouldn’t even dissolve in the tea. The fruit on the plate was rotten, and we didn’t even bring it up. No complimentary cookies ever came to the room. And why does it matter whether I or my friend made the reservation? We also didn’t need the fruit bowl you left inside. It’s funny to see the accusation you’re making. When we called to say, “Mr. Idris, we’re checking out,” you told us to leave the key at the desk, so we did. After we were done with our business, we returned the fruit basket we’d borrowed to the hotel desk, as instructed. It’s hard to find you inside or around the hotel even at ordinary times, so we didn’t want to keep calling and bothering you. Everything’s clear, Mr. Hotel Management 😊.

The place itself feels wonderfully different, with old-fashioned walls, doors, and furnishings that take you back in time. Üç Güzeller Konağı (Three Beauties Mansion) is beautiful, and the breakfasts made with natural products they grow themselves were lovely. I got married last week, and my husband and I stayed as guests of Sümeyra and İdris. They welcomed us like family and gave us more attention than I think we’d find anywhere else. We’d been unsure about taking a holiday, but we’re so glad we went. We explored many beautiful places and had such wonderful hosts that I already want to return. We were very happy, and I’d recommend it for a holiday or honeymoon. Thank you so much, Sümeyra and İdris, for making it so special. 😊
