There are both cave suites and regular rooms, all well appointed, and the architecture is beautiful. The hotel has lovely views from its terraces and courtyard, plus pretty gardens and decor. Inside, the rooms are great and the whole place feels quaint. We enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast at the on-site restaurant as a good start to a busy day in Kapadokya. The staff were friendly and made an effort to make us feel at home. They arranged a Camel tour for us, and when we asked for a late checkout, they let us keep the room until 1:00pm since it was available. They also offered Happy Hour on drinks. I highly recommend Zeydem suites if you're planning to stay in ürgüp.

We felt welcome and well looked after from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The rooms and common areas were spotless, beautifully kept, and clean throughout. Thank you for making our visit so special. We can't wait to come back!

The views from the property were stunning, and the rooms were amazing for our family vacation. Zeydem Suites went beyond what we expected. Best of all were the hosts, some of the friendliest, most polite and helpful people we've met on our travels. If we return to Cappadocia, we'll definitely stay here again.

We loved the comfortable, clean rooms and the unique feel of the cave and stone architecture in such a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly, especially Mr Kadir. I'd recommend Zeydem suites to couples looking for a romantic stay, and families with toddlers or young children are warmly welcomed too.
