Mi̇r Emi̇r Hotel

The lobby is pretty tiny for a four-star hotel, a group of ten could fill it up easily. They do have tea and coffee there around the clock. The staff were, without a doubt, the kindest and most helpful I’ve met at a hotel. Our room was super clean and tidy. The bathroom bin was full at first, but one quick call to reception got it sorted fast. For the price and what you get, it’s a decent hotel.

It’s newly opened and very clean, and the staff are so kind and extremely helpful.

With no other options at midnight, I reluctantly stayed, and the night was uncomfortable and disappointing. The room was extremely hot when I arrived on the night of June 16th. I asked about the air conditioning straight away and was told it would be fixed the next day. I asked for a refund, but staff refused and said I should contact Hotels.com because I booked through them. They offered to check me out, leaving me to sort out the refund myself. The receptionist was extremely rude, despite saying he wanted to help. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, and all the facilities were great. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Van for a holiday. I especially appreciate Leila and Harun, two service workers here. I’ll never forget how kind they were.
