My Deluxe Otel

The location is really central, close to everything and easy to get to. We had a great stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Our room was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable. It's a great deal, so I'd book without hesitation. The best part was the service. Hisyar and Inci were so kind and helpful. I arrived at 8am without expecting a room, but mine was ready and already warm with the heater on. They helped get my clothes laundered and gave me all the information I needed to get around. I wish I could have stayed longer and would love to return. I also loved the sweet cat, Rashi! The room was big and clean, with a super comfortable bed and pillows, and the hot shower was great. Breakfast was nice and generous. The location is handy for minibus stops, restaurants, and cafes, and it's tucked at the edge with a good mountain view.

We were a group of 16, and the morning breakfast was a letdown. We went down at 7:30 on August 25, 2022, half an hour after it was supposed to start, but there was no coffee and very little food left beyond the jams. They wouldn't bring out more bread or replenish the other dishes, even though only about five tables were occupied. The check-in was messy too: the receptionist didn't speak English, room cards were given to the bellboys instead of us, and four rooms got mixed up. The bellboys only walked us to the rooms, without helping with bags, and seemed to expect tips for doing nothing. The room seemed fair at first, but some sheets were torn, the toilet seat was broken, and the toilet paper holder was on the floor.

The people working here felt more like friends than hotel staff. We all had a brilliant time, everything was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was really good and delicious.
