The breakfast upstairs was a highlight, with a lovely view to enjoy in the morning. The location also makes it easy to reach the airport, shopping centers and train station. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.

Can and Asma at reception always greeted us warmly and professionally, and the team made us feel at home, even with the smallest requests. For us, clean rooms matter a lot when we travel, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spotless and well kept the whole hotel was. It's a new hotel in a great spot in Van, and the staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here, and I'll definitely return next time I'm in Van.

The evening meals were really good, and the breakfast chef was friendly and charming. This is a very nice, clean hotel in a great central location. They deserve more than five stars.
