The first time I stayed here, I had a great experience. I returned two years later and got the same room, but this visit was a letdown. The fabrics and curtains looked old and worn, and seemed not to have been replaced since my last stay. Breakfast was stale, and there was no coffee. The strangest part was that staff took our passports and kept them until checkout. I’ve never had that happen on all my travels around the world. It made me very uncomfortable, and when I asked why, I got no reasonable explanation. I hope the manager addresses these problems and trains the staff to treat guests more respectfully and reasonably.

The fire alarm kept going off because its battery had run out. I told the staff, but nothing was done, so it was very hard to sleep. The room itself felt dark and gloomy, had no chair to sit on, and there was no safe for valuables such as a passport. You couldn't have tea in the room, and there was no hot water maker, although tea was available in the lobby during the day. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Breakfast choices were quite limited too. A disappointing stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was decent, but I was surprised to find there was no coffee anywhere, not even at breakfast or in the hot drinks lobby. Tea was the only option. If, like many people, you count on coffee to get your morning started, that can be a shock.

I booked with breakfast, and the hotel was good for an average stay. The staff had a good attitude, and getting to the shopping centers was easy. The location is a real plus.

The room was spacious and very clean. The owner and staff were extremely friendly, and I had a really nice stay. I'd definitely come back.
