The rooms were very low quality, the internet didn't work, and the bathroom smelled. Breakfast had no coffee and the food was tasteless. At dinner, we had to order seven portions to get what would normally be two. Better than average, I suppose.
I was in the area for business and spent six nights at the resort. The room was quiet, and the staff were kind and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were good, and the poolside bar had a nice selection of drinks. Special thanks to Yaren at reception, who handled a small misunderstanding brilliantly!
The staff were courteous, caring, and helpful, and the food was the tastiest we had in Turkey. The resort has breathtaking views over the sea, mountains, rivers, and forest. It felt like a little piece of paradise. Go enjoy it.
We had a large, lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beach, and I enjoyed a swim in the very good-sized pool. The food and service were excellent too. Kiyikoy Resort Hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and great value for money.
The view is lovely, but getting to the sea is difficult, and teenagers may not find much fun here. The pool gets crowded because non-guests can use it. The staff are friendly and try their best, though the place doesn't seem well managed. The hotel is outdated, the internet and elevator weren't working, and the food was below average.
