The greenery and charming houses around Celeste Bella Hotel make for a calm, lovely setting, even though it’s conveniently near the main street where buses pass, close to the taxi and bus stations, and within easy reach of the beach. The owners are always around keeping an eye on the details, and they’re genuinely kind and welcoming. The whole place is exceptionally clean, tidy, thoughtfully designed, and well organized, which made everything easy from arrival onward. Jamal at reception deserves a special mention. He’s attentive, helpful, and ready to assist hotel guests with whatever they need. The staff add a lot to the stay, and the owner and his wife make the atmosphere feel warm and personal, like home. If I return to Bodrum, I’ll book Celeste Bella Hotel again. I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, and the hotel's rooms and facilities were new and clean. As someone who works in hotels, I was impressed by the service and how kind and professional everyone was. Mehmet at reception and Huseyin in the restaurant deserve a special mention. If I travel to Bodrum again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Getting to the city center without a car is easy, though the trip takes nearly 45 minutes, and the pool was okay. The rest of our four-night stay was deeply disappointing, and I regret booking here because it ruined our holiday. We were told in the room booklet that the hotel wasn't responsible for belongings that went missing, and when that happened to us, management accepted no responsibility. Breakfast service was unbelievably slow, even though the hotel is small and not crowded. We waited up to an hour and still might not be served. The staff seemed unhappy at work, and nothing was fixed or improved. At checkout, they basically begged guests not to post reviews online, which makes me question the good reviews.

The room had plenty of space and was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and looked after well. Staff were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is a little far from the center, but we had a great time there. It’s calm and relaxing, with everything looking new and clean. The pool was amazing, and the sauna, steam room, and Turkish baths were all included in the room price. Breakfast was a really nice, tasty Turkish spread. 😍
