Mausolos Beach Hotel

The sea view and proximity to the water made it easy to settle into a peaceful holiday right away. In the mornings there was that fresh sea air, and evenings stayed calm too. The rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean, with the kind of careful housekeeping I really value. Meals were delicious and varied, and the quality came through at breakfast as well as the other meals. I enjoyed Mausolos Beach Hotel so much last year that I booked it again this year. Returning to a hotel for a second time is a big decision for me, and this place gave me confidence to do it. It's a great fit if you want a quiet, quality stay. I'm already expecting to enjoy my next visit just as much.

The breakfast kept us full, but eggs were the only hot option, and having them every day gets tiresome on a longer stay. They have menemen, though you have to pay extra. It would've been nice to have things like menemen, börek, or pişi included as hot choices on some days. The price is among the lowest in the area, but hygiene matters most to me, so I won't stay here again. Our first visit was last year, and we came back because we were satisfied then. This year the quality has dropped. Breakfast cutlery and glasses were dirty, and when we first turned on the bathroom tap, a bad smell came from the water for a while. I haven't seen anything like it at the other hotels I've stayed in nearby. The sunbeds and tables were also very dirty and crowded. Some staff were polite, but others seemed unqualified and communicated poorly with guests. The rooms are spacious and airy, but that's the only positive I found.

The rooms are nice, and the hotel itself is decent for a holiday, but the service was awful. Staff were rude and couldn't handle problems. I left my swimsuit and towel in the room, and when I phoned, the person brushed me off with something like, “it's just shorts.” I doubt anyone even checked the lost items, and it seems they didn't make a report either. The woman on the phone sounded like she wanted to get rid of me. The hotel is acceptable, but the staff are terrible.
