Moon Beach Otel

We celebrated with 21 of our closest friends, all the way from London, and it turned into one of the best days of our lives. The food and drinks were amazing, the staff were charming and attentive, and we had so much fun swimming. The decor was beautiful too. We’re so grateful for the day at Moon beach. We’ll never forget it.

It’s a beautiful spot with lots of room, lovely decor, great music, and a really nice atmosphere. There’s no entrance charge or minimum spend like at most beach clubs, but the prices are still very high. I wasn’t shown a menu at any point, and only when leaving did I realise I’d been served the most expensive Turkish white wine, which wasn’t even tasty. Paying was a hassle, and getting a taxi was too. I waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. Aside from those problems, it’s a beautiful place.

I’m talking about the beach club, not the hotel itself. Hotel guests can also use the beachfront, and this place felt like a bit of a hidden gem. Finding beach access in Bodrum without paying a fortune at a beach club full of pretentious people can be tough. Moon beach was affordable and had no minimum spend, which I liked. There were guests of all ages. Kids mostly stayed by the pool, while more adults were near the water, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The service was good, and their wood-fired oven turned out one of the best Pides I’ve had. I’d definitely come back if the pricey clubs like Momo put you off.

The music and atmosphere were really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good quality too. The sunbeds were fine, though prices are on the high side. I’d still recommend going.
