The gym was a real highlight, 100/10. Reception were quick to help, including when we needed a taxi, and the hotel was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view. The location isn’t very accessible, though. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The spa was nice, but the jacuzzi was extremely hot, and the VIP hammam room was cold and smelled unpleasant. Our first room had three sleeping places rather than two, which may have been an Agoda issue, and it smelled damp. The staff moved us quickly, and the second room was much better. The pillows weren’t comfortable at first, but there’s a wide selection, including better options. We still didn’t sleep well because of loud ventilation noise. Reception said it came from the air conditioning and air purification system, so we switched it off. Then the room got stuffy, while leaving the balcony open made it too cold. A decent stay with some real issues and a few strong points.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good range of choices, and our room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a bathroom stocked with what we needed. The staff were warm and friendly, and they recognized my IHG platinum membership. They upgraded our room for free and included breakfast, plus a plate of sweets, fruit, and water in the room. One of the best Crown plaza hotels in the area, alongside Bursa Crown Plaza Hotel. We felt exceptionally well treated and will definitely return when visiting Yalova. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the location was handy for everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist from the moment I arrived. I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff helped arrange taxis and transfers. Special thanks to Irem of the SPA for showing us around and helping us with the facilities. I’d recommend a stay here.

The staff give the hotel its charm, especially receptionist Melih, who’s always ready to handle guests’ requests. The hotel itself is new, very clean, and in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious, and the modern air conditioning makes it easy to relax. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.
