I paid for three nights but left after two, worn out from a night when I couldn't sleep until morning. After I called reception about noise from the room next door, a staff member came over and argued that only one other person was staying there. They asked why I was upset if nobody was around. Everyone seems to do as they please here. I wouldn't put much trust in the reviews.

I only stayed because I needed somewhere near the busy road, and it felt like a waste of money. The damp smell kept me awake until morning. The beds smelled, the pillows had a sweat odor, the towels were full of holes, and I don't even want to get into the toilet. The doors and just about everything else are old. They should replace the doors instead of fixing the ceiling.

Mr. Hasan and the staff were attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and very well looked after, and everything went great. I'd recommend it to everyone.

There was no hot water at night, so we couldn't even bathe, and the heaters barely warm themselves. The place was freezing. They seem unwilling to spend money on upkeep because the hotel gets little use. The reviews are fake. Definitely don't go.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were so nice and friendly. It's a cute, pretty hotel with really good service for the price. People in the district are friendly too.
