We went to the beaches on the lake's eastern side, crossed a narrow stretch of soft muddy ground by the shore, and swam in wonderfully clear water amid pretty scenery. It was a real taste of silence. In early September, there were few guests at the hotel or around Lake Salda, which made it easy to relax and enjoy nature after the busy beach resorts of Bodrum, Marmaris or Oludeniz. This is a charming old-style hotel in a scenic spot beside the lake, with a nice on-site restaurant and pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Those staying in high season can also use the pools, bar and lounge, sauna, and other amenities.

Our room looked freshly renovated and was spotless, with a stunning view of the lake from the window. The staff were professional and friendly, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Hotel Lago di Salda is beautifully kept, and its breathtaking setting in a peaceful corner of nature exceeded our expectations. We'd happily return if we get the chance. Highly recommended for reconnecting with nature.

The balcony and its amazing lake view were a highlight. Our room was simple but very clean, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. We wished we'd booked a longer stay. A great weekend escape if you like quiet places and beautiful nature.

Oscar and the front desk man were welcoming and helpful, sharing tips about the fascinating lake, nearby attractions, ruins and restaurants. Oscar even arranged a chef and a private dinner one evening, which felt both generous and romantic. We visited off season, so the hotel was very quiet. Our room was nicely furnished and looked out over the lake. In high season there are plenty of amenities, including pools, a bar and lounge, and a sauna. A really lovely place to stay.
