This is a quiet hotel outside the city, about an hour from Trabzon city square. From the restaurant, you can look out over a small stream, which makes the place feel peaceful, and breakfast is included. A good fit if you want to get away from the city's bustle. The horror restaurant is just 15 minutes away. On the downside, there's no room service, and the water gets cut off without warning, then comes back after a while. I found that really annoying.

There were loud noises in the hall in the morning, and even using the iron costs extra. The room cleaning was poor too: they don't clean the bathroom or change the towels, and after room service they seem to avoid bringing fresh soap. Breakfast was also disappointing. They say it's included, but there's no menu and they only serve eggs. If you ask for anything besides eggs, they charge you. At first the staff were welcoming and nice, but after you pay their attitude changes completely and they become rude and charge for simple things.

The sunset view was my favorite part, and the food was good. The hotel is well maintained, with very firm beds, and the staff were the nicest I've ever met at a hotel. The location also makes it easy to get into and out of the city.

The staff were very welcoming, but the prices felt high compared with other places. We came to the outdoor tents thinking they were a restaurant, but it turned out to be a cafe with limited choices: burgers, kofte, and waffles for dessert. There wasn't a menu available.
