The Arab staff were especially amazing and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was warm and ready to help. Our spacious, spotless room had lovely sea views, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was served on-site each morning and was excellent. The comfort, convenience, and service made our visit to this beautiful city even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby made a great impression, with lots of natural light, a spacious layout, and a warm feel alongside its contemporary design. Our rooms were modern, thoughtfully arranged, spacious, and spotlessly clean, so they felt like home. Mr. Murat from the management team was professional, kind, and attentive to details. His care for guests and service quality made a real difference. We had an amazing stay at Rena Grand Hotel in Trabzon, and would recommend it for business or leisure. We’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast and evening meals were full of amazing local flavors. The pistachio baklava and homemade ice cream are especially worth trying. The hotel is right in the heart of Trabzon, so it’s in a fantastic spot. Our room was spotless, and cleanliness clearly matters here. Manager Mr. Murat’s professional manner and warm hospitality made the stay even more special.

The central location made it easy to get around Trabzon, and the rooms felt fresh and comfortable after their recent renovation. They were modern and spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine, along with the lovely desserts and ice cream in the afternoons. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive.
