The view from the house’s first floor was breathtaking, and we even got fresh eggs and fruit. When we arrived, Bület showed us all the rooms in our private little cottage. We really enjoyed the stay. It was definitely the best accommodation of our trip to Turkey.

The jakuzi doesn’t heat properly, and the area isn’t as rustic as the pictures make it look. We stayed just 3 nights and won’t return. The owner lives right next door and seems to think he can bother us whenever he wants, making it clear this feels like his home, not ours. Once he kept knocking about things that weren’t urgent. We agreed to pay the remaining money in cash, then he got nervous the police might bust the house over it, and that ruined our night. Another time, he texted me at 6 am to ask whether I’d closed the balcony door because it was raining. What audacity.
