Grand Ser Hotel

We stayed for just two nights, and the maintenance was nonexistent. We had to switch rooms twice, so we saw three rooms in total. All had filthy, stained carpets that hadn’t been vacuumed. I asked room service to vacuum, but nobody came. The room phones didn’t work, so we couldn’t reach the front desk, and the towels were old, dirty, and in bad condition. We had to go downstairs for shampoo, conditioner, and extra pillows. The worst was the room with broken A/C. The manager didn’t know about the problem, and there was no technician available. After waiting around two hours, we were moved again. The bathroom there was filthy, with a ceiling covered in rusted metal, something I’d never seen in all my travels. The bathtub was old, rust-stained, hard and unsafe to get into, and leaked water onto the floor. It was a really awful stay, and we don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It says four stars at the entrance and on hotels . com, but it should be rated zero.

It was really hot because the A/C didn’t work at all, despite us paying a lot for the room. The beds and toilets were dirty, and the pillows had no covers. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend it, any other two-star hotel would be better.

The foyer and restaurant were nice, and the room was big. It could use some decoration, but for the price it was good.
