The room was spotless, and they politely asked before coming in to clean during our stay. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and really tasty. Ms. Meltem’s warm conversation, smile, and tips about Selimiye made the trip even more enjoyable. Thanks so much for everything, and see you next year! 🌿♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Selimiye is a paradise, with pristine water and beautiful bays and beaches. We were sad to leave and didn’t want to go. Selimiye Meltem’s is right in the middle of all that beauty. Its courtyard, with bougainvillea, banana trees, and impressive views, is captivating, and the atmosphere feels authentic and peaceful. It’s a boutique hotel away from the crowds and close to the beaches. We didn’t see a single mosquito. 🥹 The air is wonderfully breezy while the sea is as smooth as glass :)))

Breakfast in the garden had a warm, friendly feel, and there were lovely conversations. Meltem Hanım is incredibly sweet, and the hotel is comfortable and clean, like home. We felt safe there with our children. A friend recommended this boutique hotel, the first I’d ever stayed at, and I’d never felt such a strong connection to a hotel and its owner. Selimiye was beautiful, but I’ll go back just for Meltem Hanım. Her suggestions for nearby places led us to an enjoyable boat tour. I also had a meeting, and she thoughtfully arranged a comfortable space for me without my even asking. It was an unforgettable holiday. Ms. Meltem welcomed us with a smile and took care of everything without us needing to ask. Her energy and easy conversation made a very good impression. The hotel is close enough to reach the beach, restaurants and markets in three minutes on foot, but it’s still quiet and surrounded by nature. We stayed five pleasant days with the calm family setting we wanted. We spent four nights there with family during the first week of August. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, and everything we needed was in the room. Breakfast was varied, delicious and very good. The location is perfect. If we come to Selimiye again, we know where we’ll stay. I definitely recommend it.

The room layout feels more like a family run place than a typical hotel, but it was clean and adequate. The upstairs large room has a balcony with both sea and pool views, and works well for a group staying together. Swimming in the pool at night and watching the stars from the water makes you see why having a pool can be nice even with the sea nearby. The location is excellent, about a 5-6 minute walk from the sea. Breakfast and the area where it’s served are very pleasant, and tea and coffee are free. Ms. Meltem is kind and attentive; she even arranged a private car to pick us up from the service point. A wonderful family run business. Thanks again to her for the hospitality.
