The views are stunning, but the shower's soap container was empty. Shampoo and soap were the only amenities, and the staff weren't very friendly.

The room cleaning was perfect, and for a night or two this is a decent place to stay. For a longer visit, especially if you don't speak Turkish, I wouldn't recommend it. About 95% of the staff don't speak English, so we were given wrong restaurant orders several times and our room requests weren't understood. The restaurant is really poor value: prices are higher than at restaurants in town, but the food quality doesn't match what you pay. Breakfast also wasn't fresh on most days, which isn't a great way to start the day. This is one of the worst four-star hotels I've stayed in.

The staff were always around and very helpful, and both breakfast and other meals at the restaurant were good. I spent two weeks here on a winter business trip. It’s comfortable, with large rooms, free Wi-Fi, a TV and a small drinks fridge. The bathroom was comfortable too, with a large shower. Manisa’s center isn’t close, so you’ll need a car or taxi. There’s an outdoor pool, though it’s only usable in summer, plus a small gym with treadmills and benches. You can use the terrace when the weather is mild, and laundry is available for a fee. The price felt fair for the service, and I’d recommend it.

Being next to the forest makes this hotel especially beautiful at night, when it feels quiet and relaxing. The hotel and service were very nice, and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend it.
