The TV didn’t work, and the service was generally nonexistent. Breakfast choices were limited and ran out before breakfast ended. The towels we got on arrival looked like they belonged in a dog kennel. They also overbooked, leaving some guests without rooms. One person waited two hours to be accommodated. Other guests said they would never return. I wouldn’t either. For the same price or less, you can find better accommodation elsewhere. Spend your hard-earned cash there instead.

Breakfast was prepared daily and was nothing short of perfect. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. The surroundings were kept very clean, and being close to the city attractions made the stay even better. My experience was amazing, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed in March 2021, and even though it was hard to leave the relaxing grounds for our island tour, we did. The pool was clean, the grounds were well kept, and our room was clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was arranged on time, with all the pandemic protocols in place and observed. We arrived at night to find security welcoming us at the gate and the property secured, which was a big plus. The receptionist was pleasant, and the manager stopped by to check that everything met the standard and that we were happy. From booking through departure, everything went smoothly. My bestie and I had a great stay. This review is long overdue, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return.

Our family booked three rooms, and the stay was mediocre. We’d received better service when we stayed here before, so we expected more. Ants were everywhere, even on the beds, though we were greeted warmly and the rooms looked clean at first. There was hardly any staff checking on us, and nobody responded to complaints. Breakfast was basic, limited, and had few options. Housekeeping only made the beds, without changing the sheets. We were told towels had run out, and we had to sweep the floor ourselves. The pool wasn’t cleaned at all during our five days there, and there was no security on the property.
