We came to Trinidad for the first time without knowing what to expect. Port of Spain doesn’t have many tourists, and there aren’t many places to stay. The strong reviews gave us some confidence, though our first impression was mixed: the front gate was locked, so we had to walk past a couple of parked cars, around a corner, and ring the bell. The two lovely women at reception more than made up for that. Our room was basic in style but nicely furnished, with a wonderful bathroom and shower. The location turned out to be great for the Botanical Gardens, shopping plazas, and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, too. The staff really care, make you feel welcome, and are willing to help with anything. It’s the people who make this place special, and they really do.

My boutique room was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in, and the shower was especially refreshing in the tropical heat. This is a fantastic family hotel, with staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There are restaurants, bodegas, nightlife, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Be careful at night, though that’s the case everywhere in PoS. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The shower was so good I want one like it at home. The value was okay, and I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were roomy and clean. They made me feel right at home with top-notch service. The mall is just a two-minute walk away, and it seems like a good place to stay during Carnival too. I’ll definitely come back. I have no recommendations at all.

Colin has made a modern, welcoming place in the city. Its location suits me perfectly, near the area where I grew up, my friends, eateries, and transport. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I’d recommend staying here again and again. Jackie Springer P.S. That shower fixture is amazing.
