The cafe was a highlight, with friendly staff and excellent pina coladas, smoothies, and iced coffee. We also enjoyed the breakfast omelette and fried plantains. The pool loungers were fantastic and covered when it rained, and there’s a shuttle to and from the Avenue, which is a big selling point. You can easily walk to the Savannah. Our room was clean and nice, with a very comfy king-sized bed, though the view was just dirt, so which side of the hotel you’re on makes a big difference.

Dinner and breakfast were included in my package, and Miguel’s service was impeccable. The food was a treat. From arriving at the car park to heading off, the whole experience was exquisite. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the TV was easy to use, and the WiFi connection was strong. See you again soon :)

I took my brother for Sunday breakfast at the Brix Hotel, and everything was beyond what I expected: the food, the atmosphere, the music at a comfortable volume, and especially the service. Sudhaa at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and the servers working that day, Agnes, Antonio and Sandra, made us feel right at home. Thanks for singing happy birthday! I highly recommend breakfast there. My brother, who likes rating the places we eat, gave it a 9 out of 10!👏🏾

Sonia, Candice, and the two other women in reception and the restaurant were wonderful, so friendly and caring. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and we especially appreciated how attentive they were to my husband’s allergies. My husband and I stayed five nights from 19th February, and absolutely loved it. Thank you all for making the stay so comfortable and relaxing!

We spent one night at the Hyatt before coming here, and both of us thought our stay at the Brix was better. It’s in a nice location with good food and fantastic customer service. The front desk staff were always ready to help, and it was nice to be recognized as a titanium member and receive the perks, since many hotels don’t always do that. The bartender at the main restaurant during the day was amazing, I think his name was Shermin.
