We got in late, and when the airport information desk called for the shuttle, the hotel staff even asked whether we wanted them to keep the kitchen open. That was really kind of them. The beds were very comfy, the place was clean, and everyone was friendly. It worked perfectly for catching a few hours of sleep between connecting flights. You can request the 24/7 shuttle at the information counter in the middle of the airport.

Our room had a comfortable king bed, a soft comforter and pillows, plus a large TV with lots of local and US channels. There was a walk-in shower with Dove ® amenities, and the phone worked. We also had a refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee, a closet and several drawers. The pool is outdoors beside a busy road, with color-changing lights and chairs and loungers. Bring your room towels. The gym has machines and equipment and stays open 24/7. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby all day and night, and the property is accessible, including the check-in counter. NICOLE at the front desk was helpful and suggested a tour to Carobi Sanctuary for our one-day stay. Staff were efficient, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and local mall, where there are shops and different kinds of food. Breakfast is a standard buffet with coffee, several teas, eggs, bread, cereal, milk and watermelon. For our 5 am flight, they packed us breakfast boxes with lots of food. It's a good airport hotel, about an hour from downtown sights, with local rideshares available.

We’ve just checked in, and so far the room is impressively spacious. They’d already cooled it down with the AC when we arrived. There’s also a shuttle to the nearby mall, which we’ll be using soon. Maybe I’ll add more after we’ve had a chance to look around.

For our overnight layover, we wanted somewhere handy to the airport, and this place fit the bill. The airport shuttle is free and available on demand, the room was clean, and check-in was quick. Breakfast was continental, with a delicious Trinidadian spinach dish as well.
