The staff were always friendly and helpful, and I could reach them easily through LINE, which made things convenient. My room was very clean, the staff cleaned it every day, and the bathroom was spotless with good shower pressure. I also loved the shampoo and body wash. They had a rich, refreshing herbal smell and felt great on my skin. I was very satisfied with my stay at Guide Hotel Changhua. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Guide Hotel is in a great location, and we had a nice stay. The room was a little dated, but it had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Posting another comment because the customer service has been terrible. Thanks for replying to our first comment about the refund we still haven't received and for providing an email address. But now I wonder if that was just for show. We emailed and have waited a month without getting any reply. Terrible service.

The room was clean, and the place is good. Service was not bad either.

We ate three meals a day here, and they were usually pretty good. There was a kettle in the room, along with some quite good tea and coffee. The staff paid close attention to what I needed and replied to messages on Line right away. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The sound insulation was so good that I never heard other guests. I'd stay here again even if I didn't have to. 😁 Check-in: 9/25/2022 Room: 617 Order #: rk9d02
