The receptionist was friendly and happy to help. The location is near chenghuang temple, with lots of food options around. The rooms are clearly old and have been renovated.

The WiFi was unstable in some rooms. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and explained things clearly, the hot water was steady, and breakfast had nice local food. I liked that the canteen showed how to sort recycling, including food waste, which felt eco-friendly. The hotel is in the city center between two night markets, and about a 10-minute walk from Taiwan Railway.

Really good choice 👍👍👍 The customer service was great, and the bedrooms were clean. There are tasty restaurants, coffee shops, and dessert shops nearby.

The location is the only thing going for it. My room smelled really bad, and I didn’t find anything else good about the place.
