The neighborhood is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room itself was basic but fair. The Lanny and hallway smelled musty and were in poor shape because of serious water leaks. I'm allergic to that smell and didn't sleep well. The front desk staff member's hair and shirt also looked untidy and unclean, as if they hadn't been washed for a couple of days.

The Wi-fi was terrible. I couldn't even download a 45 mb file because I kept getting disconnected, and when I did stay connected, it was extremely slow. Staff installed a router in our unit after we complained, but it didn't fix the connection, so don't stay here if you need reliable internet. We stayed in rooms 313 and 312. The accommodations were reasonably comfortable and clean, but it felt like they were cutting corners everywhere. The blankets were thin, there was no iron, and one shower had no door. Instead, there was a $0.50 shower curtain that didn't cover the opening properly.

The room WiFi was weak, slow, and often disconnected. Apart from that, the room was large, very clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast has improved since before. Free self-service laundry with detergent is available on site. The location is convenient, with restaurants, a park, and a supermarket within walking distance.

Breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel. There wasn't much choice, and some of the watermelon seemed to be from the day before and wasn't edible. The hotel itself is relatively new, with a clean, spacious room and a roomy bathroom.

On my first visit, the key card didn't work, but the hotel upgraded my room for free. This was my second time staying, and it went well. The room was nice and clean, and the price was reasonable.
