Bed bugs in the hotel beds are ruining guests’ stays. Please deep-clean every bed immediately, and stop saying these are mosquito bites from outside in summer. The problem is bed bugs in your beds.

We’re staying one night before taking the hop-on hop-off tour tomorrow. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is quite old, so I wouldn’t expect too much from the rooms or other facilities.

Really nice stay. The rooms are clean, and the train station is very close.

After a few nights in places that weren’t very good, we finally got to sleep through the night and unwind at Charming City Hotel. Our room was large, clean, quiet, and had good air conditioning. I liked it a lot, and I’d definitely stay there again if I return to Hualien.

This was the worst choice for a one-night stay. My room had bed bugs, and now my legs are covered in rashes. I’m suffering from it.
