There was no main room light, so the whole place felt much too dim. The worst part was how noisy the capsule was: even a tiny movement made a loud racket, and I heard it all night. It'd be really hard to sleep with several people there together. Cleaning needs a lot of work too. The toilet seat still had yellowish residue after I wiped it with toilet paper and alcohol, the towels had yellow stains and weren't usable, and something was stuck to the capsule wall. It didn't feel pleasant or clean.

The capsules were neat and clean, and the layout worked well. But the room had just one dim ambient light, which made unpacking and moving around awkward. The capsules were also noisy whenever anyone shifted slightly. At the front desk, they explained the room but left out that there was a shared dining area.

For a casual one-time experience, it might be okay, but I really wouldn't suggest staying here. Nobody explained the room rules ahead of time, and the lounge setup made it seem like eating things such as toothbrushes in the room was allowed. You also have to bring your own bathroom water, and the temperature kept changing, which was inconvenient.

My child loved how different this place was. It was fairly quiet, and showering was comfortable, with strong water pressure. Shampoo and body wash were supplied.
