I've stayed at this hotel for years, but after this visit I'll be finding another one. The new front desk girl was extremely rude: when we asked about the new car parking policy, she shouted at us, then kept interrupting and shouting while we spoke with the other front desk guy. The boss came out and apologized. I don't want to see that staff member again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service and amenities were good. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are reasonably spacious and the breakfast was great. It's also in a very convenient spot. I think it deserves a much higher rating and would highly recommend it.

The bathroom had rust, and the breakfast choices were just okay. The front desk girl was extremely rude, and I hope they improve this in the future. She wouldn't give us the hand sanitizer on the desk and made customers use the sanitizer by the front door.

For 1400NT, I got a pretty ordinary, unremarkable room with no view and paper cups instead of glasses. The air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the hallway carpet needed cleaning too. I've had much better service in Taiwan for that price.

The room was dark and dusty and needs a makeover. It was so small that the bed only fit at an angle, and you could get into it from just one side. For the price, that's not what I expected. The English breakfast was basically toast and coffee, while they seemed to have more of the Taiwanese breakfast for themselves. It needs a few more choices, maybe juice, ham or bacon, and fried eggs. I've had more at a motel for half the cost.
