We booked a month ahead for check-in on 10/23, but on the day itself no one had warned us that they couldn't host us. I was at the door with six adults and six children, in the rain, after 8 pm. You said you were out of town and your helper wasn't working. I had to call again and again before anyone answered. We hadn't booked a week, two weeks, or three days ahead, but a whole month earlier. If you can't host people as scheduled, don't list the place on the platform. You didn't let me know in advance, and the follow-up was handled badly too. You said you'd help find somewhere to stay, but none of the B&Bs I called knew anything about our situation, so I had to explain it every time. A really terrible experience. Travelers considering this B&B should think twice.

Such a cute room, and the whole place was lovely! It was also super convenient for getting to all the places I needed to go. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Hualien.

I'm from Hualien and picked this guesthouse for visiting relatives. They kept raving about it from the minute they walked in until they left, and were still talking about it afterward! The owner was very friendly, and their rooms were clean and beautiful. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👌🏻

There’s karaoke, barbecue, and board games, so it’s a great place to hang out. Just a heads-up: I only discovered late in the evening, when I went to shower, that one room had no hot water.
