My stay at Hotel Valletta was deeply disappointing because of the service, even though the rooms were nice. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, with little interest in offering suggestions or assistance. When I raised concerns, I was met with indifference several times, and the stay became unbearable. The service was truly horrible, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I expected much more from a place like this and wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping for a pleasant stay.

The room was a good size, even for our family of 4, and we liked the hot springs. The location is great and customer service was good. I'd come back next time.

We had a good breakfast buffet with a mix of local and Japanese food, and the hotel was family friendly. The kids' playroom was huge, with slides and a jungle gym. There was also a water ball pit and water jet gun in the hot spring pool. The gym was decently equipped with the usual treadmills, a row machine, and dumbbells up to 50lbs. With good service and free parking for guests, I'd definitely recommend using this as a base to explore the rest of yilan, especially if you're driving.

The staff were courteous and very helpful, and the food was delicious, served with an elegant presentation. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed. I enjoyed the hot spring more than any I've tried before. We had such a good time that we'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hot spring experience.

Our room was spacious and had its own hot spring tub, making it great for a weekend getaway. The ground floor hot spring pool was also lovely, with indoor and outdoor sections and different temperatures. Staff were friendly, though nobody helped us unload our luggage when we arrived in the evening.
