It’s close to the train station, with plenty of food and restaurant options nearby. I liked having a private hot spring bath in the room. I booked through Agoda for 800 NTD on a weekday, a rate for two people, though I stayed alone and enjoyed the room and bath by myself. The room was nice, but the soundproofing needs work. Hot water is available outside each floor, so there’s no hot water kettle in the room. You have to ask hotel service for free coffee or tea. The staff were good and polite, and parking is available for customers.

Great location with lots of food choices nearby. The room was clean, the service was good, and they have laundry machines on site.

A heads-up about this hotel: the fridge is basically decorative, though they even called it “ECO-friendly.” My “window” looked onto a wall, and the dehumidifier was broken. The parking was a bad deal even with their subsidy. My food spoiled, and the room was uncomfortable. Look elsewhere.

The room had a really nice feel to it. I stayed in a room with two bunk beds and a hot spring bath, and the Monday-to-Thursday price was good.

I can't comment on the hotel or rooms since I didn't stay, but the service was wonderful. I booked the wrong night on Agoda by mistake, and the website wasn't as easy to use as the app. When I asked about a refund, they said to contact Agoda and that they could refund me in full. Agoda got in touch with them while I was sorting it out, and after I showed the hotel the evidence, they followed through. I wasn't charged anything. Many thanks to the receptionist for seeing it through!
