On September 28th, three families and their friends booked the whole guesthouse together. The kids had a blast running around, jumping, and riding bikes in the big outdoor area. Inside, it was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and there was karaoke. We sang until the early hours before heading to our rooms. The owner was very friendly, and breakfast was generous and tasty. Thanks to the owner for such good service and a really enjoyable time.

The host was welcoming, the rooms were clean and roomy, and there was plenty of parking. With the elegant surroundings and great karaoke and entertainment setup, including an electric mahjong table, this is my top choice for a homestay in Jiaoxi.

The owners of Tian Nian are clearly putting a lot into the place. It's peaceful and very clean, and the friendly owners have karaoke and an electric mahjong table for guests, so everyone had a great time. Their signature roasted chicken is unbelievably good. They even used the chicken fat to make instant noodles with chrysanthemum greens for us, and it was wonderfully fragrant and delicious. If you're staying in Yilan, come to "Tian Nian". You'll want to return after you've stayed.

Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and they offer a simple welcome afternoon tea. Breakfast was delicious, mostly made with homegrown vegetables, and the homemade milk tea was excellent. There is a coffee machine too. The owners live in the same building, but have their own private space behind the first-floor kitchen, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable, and they're easy to reach if you need anything. The detached building is clean and spacious, with good soundproofing and plenty of parking. There's no time limit for singing. A tranquil place I'd gladly return to.
