We had a good stay, with helpful and accommodating service. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the main station and MRT stations. The room is very small and windowless, but the price reflects the good location. One concern is that there's no reception after 7 pm. If your flight arrives late and you've left baggage, that could be a problem. Maybe the hotel could consider lockers for left luggage. The room can smell stale after a day and needs the air conditioning to circulate.

Even though it's beside reception, the small room was quiet and comfortable, and quite adequate. The bathroom was really nice, and the shower had good pressure. Service was very good.

The room had no windows and was the smallest I've ever seen. There wasn't even room to open a suitcase. My Taiwanese friend said this wasn't standard for hotels in Taiwan. With no staff around at night, it felt creepy and dangerous. The walls were paper thin, so all night I could hear water flushing through the pipes right beside my bed, and I couldn't sleep. Sellotape was holding the wallpaper together on the wall by my bed. There's no lift either, so I had to carry my suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't book it. It should be closed down, it's that bad.

There's lots of water supplied, toiletries are available, the service is good, and there are nice breakfast places nearby. But the room was super small and had no window, so be careful if you're claustrophobic. There wasn't enough space to open a regular suitcase. Taipei station also isn't very close, and the walk there is substantial.

I was impressed by the warm service and convenient location at Bayman Hotel. It's really near Taipei train station and NingXia Night Market. Staff were attentive and accommodating, which made my recent stay convenient and enjoyable. A nice hotel!
