I was on the 11th floor for a three-night stay. The room was very clean, and they refreshed it and changed the towels daily when requested. The hotel is lovely, with high-floor rooms and small balconies with chairs overlooking the harbor. There’s a bus right in front, and Orange MRT is maybe an eight-minute walk away. Lagom is a Swedish word and cultural idea about having just the right amount, finding balance and harmony, and being content with what’s sufficient. It also speaks to moderation, sustainability, and social awareness.

The staff were fantastic, and the stay was really comfortable in a great location. After ten days of travel, being able to do laundry was a welcome convenience. Thanks for a great stay!

The reception staff were nice and available to help. There’s a bright, comfortable hall where people can sit and talk, and a large meeting room on the second floor that works well for seminars or speech events. Parking nearby wasn’t too difficult. Since the hotel isn’t far from a subway station and is near the train station, it’s a handy venue for public indoor activities.

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel looked new and clean. I had a pleasant stay and liked the place. The area is the main drawback: it’s a bit far from most places, and there aren’t many food options nearby. Apart from that, everything was good.

From different sides of the room, the views of the sea and mountains were nice. Yanchengpu MRT station is relatively close. There are international power outlets, though they can be a bit wonky, and the Wi-Fi cuts out now and then. That wasn’t a big problem for us since we were barely in the room.
