The staff were so kind and quick to help with questions or anything we needed. They’d literally run when I asked for something, so I’d tell Management to ease up on them a little. That wasn’t necessary. The hotel also has a handy space for eating lunch or dinner bought outside, with complimentary water, ice cream, snacks, coffee and tea. After five nights at Hub Hotel (Cisian Branch), I can say it surpassed the high expectations I had from the great reviews and convenient location. It’s in a nice area, less than a 10-minute walk from Liuhe Night Market, and an easy walk to Formosa MRT station for both the orange and red lines. The train station is around 15 minutes away, even with luggage. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re laid out well and have enough space. I slept well every night in the comfortable bed. There’s also a useful laundry area with two washing machines, two driers and a vertical iron. A great place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

We spent three nights here and had a superb experience. Our three-bed room was amazing, and the toilet was automatic. Room service was amazing too 💛. The staff and receptionists were kind and accommodating, and there were lots of free amenities 💛💛💛

The free bar on the first floor was a nice touch, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. They provide daily cleaning. The staff are kind. Some don’t speak English, but they quickly bring someone who does, so there’s no inconvenience. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you for the lovely experience 😍

The housekeeping team deserves special praise. The room was spotless, and the floors and linens all felt fresh, new and very well cared for. I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was just as clean, with excellent water pressure, working fixtures and no unpleasant smell at all, which matters a lot to me. All the staff were polite and helpful, and assisted quickly when needed. Fantastic stay. I’ll choose this place again.

After 10 years of staying in hotels all over Taiwan, from two-star to five-star and the cheapest to the most expensive, this Hub Hotel is one of the best I’ve tried. The room was very clean, the service and breakfast were very good, and the free snacks and ice cream 🍨 were my favorite part. The price was very reasonable too. I usually think writing a hotel review is a waste of time, so this is my first one. This Hub Hotel is worth knowing about and absolutely worth staying at.
