Our Exquisite Twin Room, room 1101, was huge, with plenty of room for luggage and moving around. We were on the side and had no noise issues. The beds were very comfy, and the pillows weren’t too soft like in some hotels, so my friend and I slept well every night. The toilet was good too, with a bidet, and the shower had really strong water pressure. A mall is nearby and there’s a 7-11 opposite, which made things convenient. At first I was a bit worried because the hotel was in a rundown building, but once I got to the hotel floor, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything there was modern and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would recommend it and stay again.

The rooms are clean and big, and service gets five stars from me. The staff are nice and friendly. They’ve turned an old office floor into hotel rooms on the 11F, so downstairs is a bit dirty. Breakfast is free, and so are ice cream and coffee.

It’s a great hotel for the price. The staff are friendly and know English very well, and the room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. You can hear guests in adjacent rooms through the walls, but it didn’t cause a problem since everyone was sleeping at night. The location is great too, about a 7-minute walk from the metro station.

We found it comfortable enough to stay longer, even though we only needed a night. The lobby is on the 11th floor, which seemed unusual at first, but the building felt completely safe. Our spacious room had a great city view, even from the bathroom, and the soundproofing was decent, which mattered since I’m a light sleeper. There were free ice cream, snacks, tea, and water. A small conference room had been set up as a fitness center, though we didn’t have time to use it. The free breakfast buffet had a good range of delicious choices, including hot items, salad, and congee. Good value for our stay. It’s also along the red line MRT, with easy connections to the airport or the HSR.
