The rooms were nice and the facilities were good, but what stood out most was the support from the night shift front staff Matthew Pan. I hope I'm remembering his name right. He was focused on helping customers and finding solutions. I stayed some months ago and will probably book here again on my next trip. Recommended!

The hotel was good too, I guess, but the hotpot downstairs was incredible. The portions were so generous I felt very fat after eating. The pork belly and beef were amazing, and they had lots of good freebies, including really yummy popcorn.

I'm on day 7 of quarantine here, and the stay has been pleasant so far. The room is very clean, as you'd expect with the extra precautions taken during Covid. The bed is on the firm side but still comfortable. The three meals and afternoon snack have been tasty, with very generous portions. My laptop disconnects from the WiFi every so often, so I ended up using my phone hotspot instead. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The room was clean, and the location was good for a quarantine hotel. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. Thanks for all the help, I appreciated it.
