The food servings were limited, and they didn't refill the plates. Wi-Fi was poor, and the staff came across as unfriendly.

The bed was really hard. There are plenty of hotels in Kaohsiung that offer better value, so I can't recommend this one.

The room windows don't open, and the people there had a bad attitude.

I was satisfied with the other services and facilities. One room service 'aunty' had a bad attitude, though.

There was a smell of smoke.
