TAI Urban Resort

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the 26th floor and really enjoyed the buffet. The pool up on the top floor was spectacular, but the water wasn’t heated. Even on a sunny 25-degree day, it was too cold for swimming. The room was spacious and clean, and worked well for staying with young kids. All the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome the whole time. Loved staying at TAI urban resort, would recommend it to everyone!

On my last night, a tour group was noisy, but the staff quickly moved me to a quieter floor, which I appreciated. Room service and in-room dining arrived really fast, too. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the in-room AI system was convenient. The staff were warm and friendly, from the welcome team on the first floor to reception on the 25th floor and the restaurant. You could always see their smiles. At some five-star hotels staff wear masks and you can’t see their expressions, but here I really felt their hospitality. A shuttle to the shopping mall would make things even better. In Kaohsiung’s heat, even a 10-minute walk can feel like melting. It really deserves five stars, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent five-star hotel.

We had the buffet for a staff dinner and loved it. There were lots of choices, including meat, seafood, fresh vegetables and fruit, plus desserts and drinks. The staff were helpful and friendly, and could speak English. The building was beautifully designed and stylish, with interesting art and great views of Kaohsiung. It was a wonderful experience.

I’ve eaten at this buffet restaurant a couple of times before, and it’s still one of my favorites. The restaurant has high ceilings, plenty of space, and is very clean. Service is courteous and efficient, and the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The view from the 26th floor is amazing and enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back for another memorable meal.
