We stayed four nights, from Aug 14 to Aug 18. The hotel is easy to reach, about an eight minute walk from Central Park station. Staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Afternoon tea is free, and you can use the washing machine and dryer at no cost. The gym is small, but has what you'd need for a short stay. I'd highly recommend it.

We really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with very good quality linen and a great bed. The laundry room is free to use, and the location is handy for the center and public transport. Lovely Ms Crystal at the desk welcomed us. Thanks, Crystal.

We had a very nice stay in KHH. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location was excellent. Our package included afternoon tea with free beer, snacks, and fruit, and the staff even added complimentary red wine. The service was excellent.

Breakfast delivered to the room was a big plus. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities, making it great for the price. I highly recommend it. My one small suggestion is to have a water dispenser. Using fewer bottled waters would be better for the environment.

A clean, new hotel with great service and friendly smiles. I really liked the room service breakfast, which felt special and different. Everything was good, and I'd definitely recommend it.
