Ruisui Sunshine Hot Spring B&B

My family all enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay at this hot Spring motel, especially thanks to the wonderful personal bath.

The room’s open onsen bathtub was the standout for me. The water got perfectly hot and the tub filled quickly. There was a big humidifier, which came in handy, plus a fridge with sports drink, coke, milk, and water. They also left two free instant noodles, a couple of pineapple cakes, and a free bag. We were there for our first anniversary and came away with warm memories. The beautiful B&B has a modern, minimalist design, even hiding the exhaust pipes nicely. Getting there by car was easy and parking was safe and free. Check-in was quick, direct, and personable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with free coffee and congee refills. There are two breakfast slots, 8:00am and 8:30am. Even the later one gave us time to return to the room for another onsen before the 11:00am checkout. Thanks to all the staff for making the trip so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and will definitely come back.

After long days cycling from Hualien to Taitung, having a private onsen here was the best reward. We really enjoyed our multi-day tour stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was included, very tasty, and suitable for a vegetarian diet. One thing I wish they had was laundry facilities.

The place was quiet and relaxing, with the forest right next door, and the rooms were very well kept. We enjoyed our two nights here. Their breakfast sandwiches were fun, kind of like club sandwiches made for breakfast. I arranged everything in English ahead of time through LINE app. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5, but rounded up to 5 because of the extra effort and little touches like free soft drinks and instant noodles. Thanks for a good stay. I’d come back with my spouse next time.
