Hotel Buwanrer Garden Number 6

The only things I was happy with were the comfortable bed, a clean room with no visible bugs, bedside plugs, and the toilet amenities. The design had a lot of problems. The green overhead lights felt spooky and didn't fit the antique, vintage look. A big frog ornament on the bedside lamp staring at you while you sleep was pretty gross. 🤮 The shower only has a tiny glass panel to shield the toilet seat, but water still gets everywhere. A glass door might help. The fridge didn't cool things properly, which defeats the point of having one. Maybe the hotel could invest in a cleaner power source for more electricity, like solar panels? 🤷🏼‍♂️ The AC blows straight at the beds. With it off, the room gets stuffy and hot; with it on, there's a high risk of waking up feeling sick. The unit should be moved so it doesn't blow directly on guests. My friends' rooms also had AC that didn't work properly. When I raised some of these issues, the staff weren't friendly in their response. Residents usually contact the front desk with questions or complaints, so staff should keep a nicer attitude when replying.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and I could hear birds singing with a stunning view from my room. It was really calm here, with a comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom. I had my quarantine vacation here, and I'd come back if I return from abroad.

I only stayed one night. There was no breakfast or backyard garden, so I mostly had to stay in the room. Luckily, they had MOD movies to watch. The air conditioning seemed to have a problem, since it was hard to adjust both the temperature and the airflow direction.

The interior is so ornate it feels antique, even a little spooky. The shower is open to the toilet, so water gets everywhere, which I wish they'd fix. Still, it’s a nice spot to sleep for a couple of nights and one of the better places for breakfast.
