Loves Light Travel

The house felt relaxing right away, with a softly lit living room and a homey feel. When I arrived in the evening, the owner greeted me warmly at the door. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and so was the sofa. I nearly fell asleep on it XD. There was no mini-fridge in the room, but a fridge in the common area, plus a pitcher of ice in each room, which was thoughtful since we love iced water. The bathroom had a full set of toiletries. I booked after seeing a clean-looking, reasonably priced guesthouse on a booking site for a long weekend in Yilan. A few days before leaving, I realized I hadn't booked a rental car. They were all taken by then. I quickly asked the owner whether she knew partner rental companies. She kindly suggested several, though they were all full, and I was grateful anyway. We only stayed one night. The guesthouse looked like the photos, was clean and comfortable, and felt like great value for the reasonable price. It's beside a sports park, in a peaceful area, and around a 10-minute bike ride from Luodong Night Market and Luodong Station. At checkout, we had a short chat with the friendly, talkative owners, who suggested nearby attractions and restaurants. We ran out of time to go, but maybe it'll give me a reason to visit Yilan again. I'd stay here again next time. A big thank you to the owners for their hospitality, we had a lovely trip! 🥰👍🏻
